With firsthand experience in technology leadership, product delivery, and Lean methodologies within the banking industry, she knows what it takes to attract, retain, and empower top tech talent. From humble beginnings in Christchurch, Peter has built his career on honesty, transparency, and integrity. Since stepping into recruitment in 2013, he has helped multinationals and startups break into new markets, scale teams, and grow sustainably. In 2018, he took the leap and launched Lynx Recruitment, proving that a people-first approach delivers real results.
